About Vacation Bible School – june 25 – 28

We are thrilled this year to offer Vacation Bible School

The in-person program will run from 5:45-8:00 pm each night, the week of June 25-28, 2023.  The children will participate nightly in group worship, fun outdoor play time, a Bible lesson, a hands-on craft, and will enjoy a yummy pre-packaged snack.  All stations will be cleaned and sanitized regularly and between rotations.

Who can attend VBS?

All Children Preschool (3 years and older who are potty trained) through 5th grade (or entering 5th grade) are invited to join in the fun! Children who are three years old but not potty trained can attend VBS with a parent.

What to Wear

Wear comfortable clothes that can get dirty.

How much does VBS Cost?

There is no cost for VBS if your child is registered on or before June 1st.  There will be a $5 per child fee if your child is registered after June 1st.

Day by Day Lessons

Day 1

• Bible Point: When thing change, God is with you.
• Bible Verse: “For God has said, ” I will never fail you. I will never abandon you.’” 
• Hebrews 13:5
• Bible Story: Enemies capture Daniel and his friends and take them to Babylon.

Day 2

• Bible Point: When you are afraid, God is with you.
• Bible Verse: “Don’t be afraid, for I am with you. Don’t be discouraged, for I am your God.” 
• Isaiah 41:10
• Bible Story: Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego survive a fiery furnace. 
• 2 Kings 18:5-19:34

Day 3

• Bible Point: When you are lonely, God is with you.
• Bible Verse: “I am with you always, event to the end of the age..”
• Matthew 28:20
• Bible Story: Daniel prays, even though it means he might get into trouble.
• Daniel 6:1-6

Day 4

• Bible Point: When you’re thankful, God is with you.
• Bible Verse: “Give thanks to the Lord, for he is good! His faithful love endures forever.” 
• 1 Chronicles 16:34
• Bible Story: God saves Daniel from the lions.
• Daniel 6:16-28

While you may register your child for Vacation Bible School at the door, your early registration is much appreciated.  To Register Online click the link at the top of the page.  You will be taken to the registration site.  To register offline get a registration form from the church foyer or download a copy by clicking the link below. Registration forms should be returned to the church office.
